He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ray and Thema Mae Cornman (McFarland); and his siblings, Peggy Pierce, Charlotte Woodlee, Chester, David, Edward and John Cornman.

He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Cornman, Jr. of Columbus, OH and Michael Cornman (Elizabeth) of Chicago, Ill; and his granddaughter Jessica Cornman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
