He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Edward Kolsky, Sr. and Niles Williams of Ohio; his sons, Mason Kolsky and Tyler Kolsky; his niece Jazmin Navarra; his friends, Marcia Fisher of Mercer and Krista Brandt of Hermitage; and also, Sarah Williams of Sharon and Youngstown.
