He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shayuth and Catherine Shayuth (Ganovsky); his siblings, Patricia Ann Wilson, Yvonne Shayuth, Rose Rock, Marian O'Connell and Michael Shayuth; and his granddaughter Jacqueline Shayuth.
He is survived by: his wife Eulene Fudge; his children, Carole Alexander, Melinda Shayuth, Susan Little (Timothy) and Brian Shayuth; his granddaughters, Jessica Shayuth and Lauren Bishop; his great grandchild Gypsy Bishop; and his sister Helen Styduhar.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Buhl Park, 715 Hazen Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.
