He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen and Bob; his son Joey; and his brothers, Donny and Tommy.

He is survived by : his wife Filomena (Costantino); his sons, Eric (Chrissy) and Joshua; his siblings, Bob (Charlene) and Linda Meddings (Jack); his sister-in-law Mary Rose; his uncle Michael Moses; and his granddaughter Ava Ann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make donations to the American Diabetes Association.
