Skelley (Elaine) of Mercer and Jason P. Skelley (Melanie) of Ellwood City; and her stepsons, Todd D. Shannon of Kenosha, Wis. and Mark D. Shannon of Kenosha, Wis.. She is also survived by four sisters; four brothers; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
