He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lupfer and Pauline Lupfer (Frownfelter); and his brother Dennis Lupfer. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lupfer (Wagner); his sons, Scott (Lisa) and Michael (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Colby (Selina), Hannah, Taylor, Aiden, Erin and Addison; his brother Timothy; and his sisters-in-law, Michele and Darla.
Donations may be made to The Shermans Dale Ambulance Association or the Shermans Dale Fire Department in Allen's name, reflecting his love for family and community.
