She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Umholtz and Frances M. Tibbens (Heffelfinger); her children, Shane Vernon Duncan and Sunny Lyn Duncan; and her brother Glenn R. French.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Filmore Duncan, Jr.; her son Bret Alan Duncan (Tracy) of Shermans Dale; and her sister Claire J. Hershberger of Camp Hill. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; her two great-grandchildren.
