He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Kitner Richey and William H. Richey Sr.; and his son Edward Richey. He is survived by: his son James (Janet) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Emma, Anna and Daniel; and his siblings, Jane Bentzel and Bob Richey.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Gilead Church (935 Windy Hill Rd, Shermans Dale, PA 17090). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
