She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Duminski and Mary Duminski (Skuczas). She is survived by: her husband Henry J. Kochen; her sons, Thomas of Mohnton, Timothy and Theodore of Gilbertsville; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Ryan and Kati.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Kochen may be made to St. John Baptist de la Salle Roman Catholic Church.
