He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon J. Gohacki and Winifred Gohacki (Molnar). He is survived by : his wife Ellen G. Gohacki (Borkow); his sons, Geoffrey P. Gohacki (Vanessa J. Anton) of Puerto Rico, Michael C. Gohacki (Melissa Orr) of Brooklyn and Brian W. Gohacki; his grandsons, Miro and Emmett Gohacki; and his brothers, Warren A. Gohacki (Carmina G. Gohacki) of Norwich and Leon Gohacki (late Carol Gohacki) of Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place Suite 170, Bethlehem, PA 18017 in memory of Mr. Wayne C. Gohacki.
