She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Hagg Nolan; her stepfather John Thrash; and her grandparents, Albert, Betty Nolan, Marlin and Betty Hagg.
She is survived by: her father Rod D. Nolan; her stepmother Lyn Nolan of Shinglehouse; her siblings, Nicole L. McNeal of Alpharetta, Jordan M. Nolan of Shinglehouse, Carter A. Nolan of Shinglehouse and Grant T. Nolan of Shinglehouse; and her siblings' children, Lydia McNeal, William McNeal and Bohannon Nolan. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bell Run Union Church, 904 Taylor Brook Road, Shinglehouse, PA 16748 or to a SPCA of the donor's choice. Charity's family has entrusted her care to Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
