With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Pierce of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Pierce and Gertrude Stilson Pierce; his brother Dale Pierce; and his stepgranddaughter Angela Bridge. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth M. Pierce (Linda) of Shinglehouse, Tashine M. Groeger (Josh) of Emporium and Brent A. Pierce of Shinglehouse; his grandchildren, Makayla Groeger and Andrew Groeger; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Bridge Norton and Freeman Bridge; his siblings, Connie Stone of Clara, Patricia Hyde (Don) of Eleven Mile and Richard Pierce (Lucinda) of Cuba, N. Y.; his sister-in-law Jackie Pierce of Pittsfield; and his son Don Metzger (Anne) of Erie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held on a date, time, and place to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Denny's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
