It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Siebert of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Carr and Mary F. Myrick Carr; her sons, Frederick P. Siebert and Donald A. Louser; her sister Linda K. Griffith; and her half-brother Raymond E. Karr.
She is survived by: her children, Brian L. Louser (Lisa) of Shinglehouse, Thomas F. Louser (Lori) of Shinglehouse, Frances M. Drake (Glenn) of Shinglehouse, John H. Louser (Becky) of Olean, N. Y. and Shanna E. Cunningham (Duane) of Shinglehouse; and her siblings, Thomas M. Carr of Shinglehouse, Annette E. Perkins of Olean, N. Y. and Ruth E. Spader of Lancaster.
