She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Sisson and Clella Perry Sisson; her husband Richard E. "Dick" Howard; her children, Harry, Tom Howard, Judy, Sandra Howard and Kathy Jones; and her sister Bernice Wilder.
She is survived by: her children, David L. Howard (Phyllis) of Abilene, Lori A. Childs (Ed) of Richburg, Brenda L. Howard of Bolivar, Clint Burdick (Michelle) of Richburg, Jean and Dick; and her grandchildren, Amber, Derrick, Jenny, Nathaniel, Erin, Justin, Corey, Spencer and Jess.
Family and friends may call to pay their respects and share memories of this wonderful lady's life from 1 pm to 3 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, 118 South Union Street, Shinglehouse, Pa., with a memorial tribute by her family to follow at 3 pm.
