She is survived by : her parents, Carl Johnson and Delores Austin Johnson; her children, James A. "Tiger" Hayes V of Pittsburgh, Patrick F. "Pat" Freeman of Shinglehouse, Casey L. Kaple (Brett) of Roulette and Jacob L. Bogardus (Heather) of Shinglehouse; her grandchildren, Makayla, Brielle, Braxton, Isabella and Karsen; and her siblings, Duane E. "Pete" Drake (Elizabeth) of Brandon, Carla D. Zielinski (Paul) of Shinglehouse, Carolyn A. Briggs of Mountain Home, Joe Drake (Phoebe) of Shinglehouse, Douglas L. Drake (Donna) of Alexandra and David B. Drake of Fayetteville, N. C..
