He was predeceased by : his parents, Merle D. Clark and Janice M. Allison Clark. He is survived by : his wife Terri App Clark; his son Jared D. Clark (Brianna) of Oswayo; his grandchildren, Harper and Hazen; and his brother Guy S. Clark (Rachelle) of Friendship, N. Y..
