He was predeceased by: his wife Betsy Lenox Carlson; his son Raymond "Cork" Carlson III of Farmville; his parents, Raymond Sr. Carlson and Nellie Carlson; and his siblings, Smith "Brud" Carlson and Carolyn Ackerly.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Kolivoski of Portville, Kip Carlson (Jen) of Troy and Sue Carlson Kolivoski; his daughter-in-law Patti Carlson; his grandchildren, Cari Carlson (Tim), Chad Carlson (Brittany), Katie Carlson, Keegan Beard, Shawn Carlson (Jillian), Stephen Kolivoski (Lisa) and Samantha Kolivoski (Daryl); his great grandchildren, Lilah, Riley, Tatum, Beckham and Jameson; his brother Richard Carlson; and his brother-in-law Frank Lenox (Marji). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
