It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Powell of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Powell and Marguerite Yetter Powell; and his wife Miriam M. "Mim" Oldham. He is survived by: his children, Richard A. "Rick" Powell of Covington and Penny Powell of McEwensville; and his stepchildren, George "Larry" Miksit (Cathy) of Bristolville and Karen M. Gauna of Woods Cross, Utah. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
