He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann "Pat" Ellsworth Ayers; and his sister Tonya Hemphill. He is survived by: his father James F. "Jim" of Shinglehouse; his brother Jason W. Ayers (Rayna) of Richburg, N. Y.; his nephew Aaron J. Hemphill; his nieces, Malayna M. Ayers and Maleya R. Ayers; and his close friend Neil Paddison of Shinglehouse. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
