She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin O. Stevens and Lula E. Stevens (Byers); her husband Melvin C. Rotz; and her brother Roy M. Stevens. She is survived by: her sister Darlene Stevens (Richard Stevens) of Newburg; and her sibling's children, Troy (Sherry Porter), Chad (Germaine Stevens) and Jodi (Randy Varner).
