She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy W. Mann and Minnie L. Miller Vanorsdale; her daughter Annette M. Kerns; and her siblings, Harold W. Mann and Sharon L. Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Mildred C. "Millie" Piper (Michael) of Shippensburg, David R. Kerns (Nekka) of West Columbia, TX, William L. Kerns (Tammy) of Winter Haven, FL, Garland S. Kerns of Whitaker, VA, Timothy Q. Kerns of Berkley Springs, WV and Adrean E. Kerns of Carlisle, PA; and her grandchild Rachel McBee. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one brother; one sister; and several nieces and nephews.
