She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elder and Fannie Ethel Bricker Pugh; her husband Ralph V. Foltz; her daughter Donna Byers (Foltz); and her siblings, Bricker Pugh and Pauline Baer.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy K. Shively, Sr. (Robert); her grandchildren, Robert H. Shively, Jr. (Renee), Troy L. Shively (Sonja), Jennifer Byers, John M. Byers (Alicia) and Andrew Byers (Talia); her great grandchildren, Allyson, Bradley (Kristen), Rachel, Elijah, Isaiah, Seth, Anthony, Adrianna, Jamison, Jassper, Rhealynette and Olen; her great great grandchildren, Madison and Carley; and her son-in-law John E. Byers (Emma).
Viewing was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newburg First Church of God (260 Newburg Rd, Newburg, PA 17240). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (114 N Morris St, Shippensburg, PA 17257).
