Long Jr. (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), born in Joppa, Maryland, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray H. Long, and Loma Long, Sr. (Yates); his wife J. Yvonne "Vonnie" Long; and his siblings, Bruce, Donald Long, Loma Mae Lynch, Irene Rae Norman, Beatrice Lorraine Burgard, Joan Marian Kriner and Verna Hallie Lee Lesher.
He is survived by: his son John Wesley Long (Alicia); his grandson Jeffrey Long; his nieces, Marleen Lesher of Chambersburg, Stephanie Clevenger and Georgia Doyle; and also Hudson. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
