He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burkett and Fleta Burkett (Franklin); and his siblings, Minnie Thomas and Lee Burkholder. He is survived by: his wife Doris Burkett (Comp) of Shippensburg; his children, Debra Fetter (Keith) of Newville and Kenneth William Burkett (Christie) of Newburg; and his siblings, Betty Jones (Bill), Francis McBride, Doris Whitzel (Bob), Donna Nickey (Bob), Suzie Shivley (Dave), Carol Carmack (Marty) and Daniel Burkett (Lois). He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
