She was predeceased by : her mother O. Joyce McCleary Lutz; and her father-in-law William L. Wagner. She is survived by : her father Charles A. "Chuck" Lutz of Clarion; her husband William C. "Bill" Wagner; her children, Bryan Daugherty of Fisher, Virgil Daugherty of Clarion, Rosalynn Wagner of Shippenville, Breyona Kordish (Michael) of Knox and Alleya Wagner of New Castle; her grandchildren, Elliot of Knox, Kaden of Knox and Aurora Kordish of Knox; her brother Joseph "Joe" Lutz (Amy) of Knox; her nephew Jacob Lutz (Nikki Rodgers) of Wilmington, NC; and her mother-in-law Judith Wagner of Shippenville.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Tammy's honor to a foster care of one's choice.
