Duncan Jr. of Shippenville, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Vannce L Duncan, Sr. and Velma Rose Etzel Duncan. He is survived by : his significant other Mary A. Duncan; his sons, Vance L. Duncan III (Kathleen) of Erie and Tedd M. Duncan (Elaine) of Erie; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Lynn Duncan of Wisconsin and Samuel Vance Duncan (Madelyn) of Missouri.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home (638 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214). The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the American Legion Post #066 of Clarion (530 Main St, Clarion, PA 16214). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Michaels Catholic Church (18765 PA-208, Fryburg, PA 16326).
