She was predeceased by: her father James N. Waits, Sr.. She is survived by: her fiancé Ross E. Ballard; her father Bruce A. Spatz; her siblings, Vincent Waits, Colin Waits, Kimberly Christman (Troy), James Waits (Stephanie), Rebecca Daubert (Christopher), Windsor Castle, Derek Spatz (Monica) and Stephanie Lott (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Lydia Patricia Ballard and Rosman Edward Ballard. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
