He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Zweizig and Laura Zweizig (Stoudt); his wife Patricia; and his brothers, Walter, Robert and Leroy Zweizig.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Zweizig Hartz of Harrisburg and Jason Zweizig (Kris) of Mohrsville, PA.; his grandchildren, Shelby Morris, Ashley Hartz and Austin Zweizig; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Colson, Audric, Lily and Aven; and his sisters, Catherine Bieber and Marion Dietrich (Tilden Twp).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. (223 Peach St, Leesport, PA 19533). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in John's memory.
