He was predeceased by: his wife Iva F. Rivera (Zettlemoyer); his parents, Raphael Rivera and Cecilia Martinez; his son Manuel D. Rivera; and his grandson Devon Rivera.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary E. (Jeff Cirocco), Anna M. Rivera and Cheryl S. (Greg Gotschall); his grandchildren, Brett Wessner, Nina Cirocco, Jeremy Rivera, Timothy Bryan-Rivera, Joshua Bryan-Rivera, Connor, Logan and Luke Gotschall; his siblings, Pedro, Roman, Johnny, Ursula and Bonita; and his nephew Roman Rivera. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and his foster grandchildren.
Those attending services must wear masks and practice social distancing.
