He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Perry and Jean Perry (Murden). He is survived by : his wife Janice L. Perry (Swanson); his children, Candice Chase of Slatington and Paul Keegan of Slatington; his grandchildren, Brian Chase, Lilly Keegan, Mickel Chase, Ryan Keegan and Alexandria Chase; his sister Marianne Perry; and his mother-in-law Marjorie J. Swanson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
