She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Harwi and Florence Harwi (Remaley); her husband Wayne A. Steigerwalt; and her brothers, William E. Harwi, Richard A. Harwi and Robert J. Harwi.

She is survived by : her children, Darryl B. Steigerwalt (Roseann Paciotti), Cort B. Steigerwalt (Audrey) and Karen (John H. Harting); and her grandsons, Austin Steigerwalt of State College, PA and Jonathan Harting (Periann Doko) of Wilmington, DE. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
