It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Mantz (Slatington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 26, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles H. Mantz, Jr.; and her parent William Evans. She is survived by: her parent Mayme Evans (Williams); her daughters, Candyce J. Mantz Merkle of Slatington and Linda Jo (Gary Hallas) of Palmerton; her daughter-in-law Ruthann Mantz of Slatington; her grandchild Sara (Jamie Abraham) of Michael Mantz; her great grandchild Jacob Mankos; her sister-in-law Agnes Evans; her sibling's children, Charles Evans, Tanya Evans and Cathi Evans; her son Richard C Mantz; her brother Burton Evans; and her nephew Thomas C. Evans.
