He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Over and Arveda Elder Over; and his siblings, Gladys Taylor, Louise Kifer, Thelma Benn, Don, Ron, Vern and Glen Over (Windy).
He is survived by: his sons, Denny Over of Sligo and Keith Over of Sligo; his granddaughter Keanna Over; his sister Doris Dode Over of Sligo; and his close friend Kaye Courson.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Clarion Forest VNA Hospice,.
