He was predeceased by : his brothers, Leslie, Roger, Gordon and Junior. He is survived by : his parents, Elmer Elsworth and Beulah Irene Flick (Koch); his son Kevin; his stepchildren, Lori, Ron, Bonnie and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Alli, Aaron, Adam Flick, Kala, Toby Best, Titus Ortz, Caleb, Kevin, Kate Strauser, Reed, Ryan, Noel Anthony, Tyler, Cameron, Abbie Strauser, Samantha Kindel, Cody Kindel and Zach Strauser; his great grandchildren, Hadassah Wilkins, Olivia Best, Isaac Best, Bentley Strauser, Tommy Kindle, Elizabeth Kindle and Emma Strauser; and his brothers, Arthur and Ray.
