She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard B. Fulmer and Peggy L. Fulmer (Jamison); and her siblings, George S. Fulmer and Shirley Wright. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. "Dick" Hartzell; her children, Joseph "Tony" Conforto (Amy) of Indiana, PA and Samantha Miller (William) of Zelienople; her grandchildren, Derek Hiller (Raegan) and Christina Hiller; her great grandchild Dakota Hiller; and her brother Walter B. Fulmer (Gerrie) of Boyers, PA..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bauer-Bly Funeral Home, Inc. (125 E Main St, Dayton, PA 16222). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
