He was predeceased by : his father Daniel J. Hamaker. He is survived by : his mother Virginia M. Hamaker (Crooks); his wife Lynne Kalos; his son Daniel J. Hamaker of Huntingdon; and his brother David Hamaker (Kathy) of DuBois. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
