He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Rouzer and Elsie Rouzer (Cannaby); and his sisters, Nancy Bensley and Dolores Dickison. He is survived by : his wife Linda L. (Palmer); his children, Dwayne Rouzer (Nicole) of Allentown and Evonne Loomis (Rich) of Easton; and his granddaughter Stella Mae Rouzer of Allentown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to Lehigh Valley Pocono Hospice, 502 VNA Road East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
