He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry A. Kepner and Miriam Kepner (Fleck); his wife Peggy A. Kepner (Snare); and his sister Miriam Quinn. He is survived by : his son Mark K. Kepner (Elena) of Smithfield Township, Huntingdon; his stepchildren, Chris Baker (Jacque) of York and Tonya D. Laird of Smithfield Township; his brother Fred Kepner (Marjorie) of Elizabethtown; and his nieces and nephews, Judy Kauffman (Quinn), Sue Gergel (Quinn), Fred and Joel Kepner.
