He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lewis, Sr. and Rebecca Jane Kisner (Thompson); and his brothers, Ronald and Robert Kisner. He is survived by: his children, Elmer Lewis Kisner, III (Glenda Birkinsha), Sherry Walters (Ernest) and Janie Hayes (Terry); his grandchildren, Tammy Cable, Brian Harvey and Amy Hunt; and his nephew Scott Kisner.
