He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney W. Riggs and Alberta M. Riggs (Zeltner). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hauger; his children, Michael Riggs (Jessica) of Somerset, Julie Riggs (Brandy) of Indian Lake and Emily Korns (Justin) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Madalyn Powell (Stone Haley) of Nashville, Isaac Riggs, Samuel Riggs of Berlin, Alexander, Benjamin and Catherine Korns of Somerset; and his brother C. Daniel Riggs of Friedens.
