She was predeceased by: her parents, Hipolito Velez and Tomasa DeJesus; her granddaughter Dayleen Rosado; and her siblings, Evelyn Garcia and Hector Quirindongo.
She is survived by: her children, Alex Torres (Monica) of Katy, TX, Desiree Torres of Souderton, PA and Aileen Cabrera (Eric Branch) of Magnolia, NJ; her grandchildren, Alex Muniz of Souderton, PA, Kenneth Ojeda of Souderton, PA, Roberto Rosado of Green Lane, PA, Aleyka Torres of Katy, TX and Amanda Torres of Katy, TX; and her sister Josefita Troche of Ponce.
