He was predeceased by: his wife Stella Sinkis Maguire; and his parents, Howard L. Maguire and Anna Dougherty Maguire. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Donna Wheeler (Sharon A. Hoffmayer); his siblings, James Maguire (Joan) and Ann Grasmeder (Bruce); his niece Lorraine Gonzales (Jack); his sisters, Jacqueline (Claude), Rita (Jay) and Florance (Bernie); and his nephews, Eddie, Thomas and James. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 9 nieces; and by 7 grandchildren and by 17 great grandchildren.
