She is survived by: her parents, Jason A. Blake and Victoria L. Mooney of Souderton, PA; her siblings, Justin Blake, Austin Erb, Isaiah Williams, Kayli Blake and Jamielynn Blake; her great-grandparents, Elizabethan Blake and Christine Mooney; and her grandparents, Thomas Blake, Jr., JoAnne Blake and Melissa Mooney. She is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
