He was predeceased by: his daughter Holly C. Hallman; his siblings, Jacqueline and Harvey Hallman; his brother-in-law Joe Steen; and his stepmother Doris Hallman.
He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Hallman; his sons, L. Clark Hallman III (Sherri), H. Alan Hallman and Eric Hallman (Tara); his grandchildren, Clay Hallman (Mackenzie), Michelle Macrane (Rich), Kerry Stouch (Lee), Rand Hallman (Christina), Sage Ilas (Rob), Eden Barker (Kyle), Chloe VanAlstine-Billon (Luc), Matt Hallman, Shelby Hallman (Matt Williams) and Luke Hallman; his sisters, Emma Mele (Fern) and Rosanna Lee Steen; and his sister-in-law Fredricka Hallman. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
