She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Piening; her daughter Leslie Jean Piening; and her brother Jack Munchak. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lee (Butch) of Harleysville and Merle Lynn (Michael) of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Wolfgang and Ty Wolfgang; her brother Stephen Munchak (Sally) of Machipongo, VA; her nephew Jeffrey Munchak (Annett); and also, Alexander and Emily.
