She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Franklin Ewer; her parents, Keisel Smith and Evelyn Smith (Ott); her daughter Carole Mae Powell; her grandson Larry Frank; and her siblings, Edmund Smith and Catherine Lokay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Virnelson (Denny) of Warrington, PA and Nancy Barattini (Chuck) of Snellville, GA; her grandchildren, Sharon, Jeannie, Wendy, Jennifer and Don; and her great grandchildren, Courtney, Kyle, Hallie, Sara, Emma, Sophia and Harley.
