She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton H. Starr; her parents, Robert K. Deibert and Mary E. Deibert (Kriner); and her brother Robert M. Deibert. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Deibert (Carol) and Nancy Neine; and her close friend Audrey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
