She is survived by : her husband Charles E. Lewis; her children, Kelly King (James) of Bullskin Twp, Wayne Ohler (Charlene) of Leisenring and Charles Lewis (Jennifer) of Bullskin Twp; her grandchildren, Terri Prinkey (Ben), Stephanie Ohler, Kylie Atkinson (Cody), Nathan Ohler, Zoe, Dalton Ohler, Samantha Ohler, Cameron Lewis and Chelsea Lewis; and her siblings, Charles Ohler (Karen) of Normalville, William Ohler of Normalville and Lil Ohler of Leisenring. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
