She is survived by: her children, Linda, Waynesburg, Duane, Bridget (Rummel), Johnstown, Debby and Nashville; her grandchild Richard Berkey Jr.; her spouse Angela (Phillips); and also, Josh Sarka, Mindy Berkey, Patrick Sarka, Samantha (Young), Kayla and Jeffery Blackner. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
