Smay (South Fork, Pennsylvania), born in Sidman, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer E. Johnson and Lottie Johnson (Miller); her husband Richard A. "Yogi Bear" Smay; her daughter Shirley; her grandson Anthony Smay; and her siblings, Dorothy Skrajnar, Darle, Willard, Wayne and Carl "Jim" Johnson.

She is survived by : her sons, Barry Smay (Kathleen Blanchetti) and Rodney (Joan Martin); her grandchildren, Shawn, Tiffany (Trevor), Richard, Tara and Tawny (Paul); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Makenzie, Riley, Lucas, Marshall, Carter, Mason, Josephine, Naomi and Miles; and her niece Tammy.
